About Provider

Dr Evans is a General Psychiatrist who has practiced in central Indiana for the past 7 years.   He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  He graduated from medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM-GA) in 2015 and completed his residency in at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, New York.   He mainly worked in the Kokomo, IN area over the last 7 years, including roles as a hospital psychiatrist for Community Health Network and also  serving as the medical director for Trinity Behavioral Health at Ascension- St. Vincent-Kokomo.
